Video Script for Scuff Turf (Product Review with Nathan Layt, Ozbreed) as follows:

“Turf Talk” with Nathan Layt, GM, Ozbreed

1) Gidday it’s the lawn expert here.

2) Today I am out near Richmond air base along the Hawkesbury River in a rural
suburb called Clarendon, and I am about to meet the GM of Ozbreed, Nathan
Layt.

3) Nathan Layt has showed me around the Ozbreed facility where they are
constantly trialling new turf grass varieties and all sorts of ornamental grasses
and plants. The constant experimentation with different grasses and cross
pollination of these grasses yield some pretty interesting results.

4) However, Nathan was pretty keen to show me an interesting turf innovation
product. This new product is called “Scuff Turf”. It is a recycled plastic (underlay)
netting mesh that is laid over a paddock of recently cut kikuyu or couch. The
rhizomes & stolons grow through the netting and when the turf grass is harvested
the turf rolls incorporate both the turf grass and the Scuff Turf together.

5) The benefit of Scuff Turf is that the turf grass will be able to handle heavy
pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic as the grass will not be worn past the Scuff
Turf.

6) Other turf growers are approaching Ozbreed to licence the Scuff Turf product
for use in their own turf operations.

7) In the video you can see the Scuff Turf (underlay netting) at the bottom side of
the Turf Rolls.

8) Also, as evidenced in the video, Scuff Turf is one tough mother, it’s so strong
you cannot pull the turf rolls apart.

9) I think this is a really clever product and can see this getting traction in the
homeowner market.
